Our Customer Success Team and session partner Attractions.io are delivering a workshop on enhancing engagement with your visitors via digital technology. From their initial enquiry and ticket purchase, during their visit, and beyond.
The team will demonstrate how to map your digital customer journey that underpins your visitor experience lifecycle, in order to identify the gaps that you need to focus on. Make sure you bring a notepad and pen to this session, as there will be exercises for you to undertake, as well as helpful handouts for you to use in your planning afterwards.
