Whether you are already an Access customer, or a visitor attraction looking to gain insight into technology and innovation that will propel you ahead this year, join us at Access All Areas.
The week includes engaging discussions with industry-leading guest speakers, thought-provoking workshops, and product updates that give you the opportunity to learn how our suite of software can support your organisation.
As part of our Access All Areas sessions we are running a taster of our usual multi-hour workshops, that are regularly delivered by our Customer Success Team. This session is open to any Visitor Attraction, even if you are not a current customer of Access. Our Customer Success Team and session partner Attractions.io are delivering a workshop on enhancing engagement with your visitors via digital technology. From their initial enquiry and ticket purchase, during their visit, and beyond. The team will demonstrate how to map your digital customer journey that underpins your visitor experience lifecycle, in order to identify the gaps that you need to focus on. Make sure you bring a notepad and pen to this session, as there will be exercises for you to undertake, as well as helpful handouts for you to use in your planning afterwards.
We will be joined by a panel of visitor attraction industry experts who will discuss the future direction of the sector and how digital technology will form a part of it.
Rachel Mackay from Royal Historic Palaces at Kew, Carlton Gajadhar co-founder of the Visitor Experience Forum and Victoria Denoon of the W5 Experience at The Odyssey Trust, will give their perspectives on what the sector can and should be focusing on from a visitor experience perspective and how technology can play a part in it as we, hopefully, start to emerge from lockdown.
